our stay at omni was fantastic! the deluxe queen room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. we loved the kids pool, the best we've ever enjoyed! breakfast at trevi's was delicious, and our server was so sweet. the staff were all incredibly friendly and really made us feel at home. we'll definitely be back!

We had an awesome time with friends at this resort! The lazy river was perfect for relaxing, and the pools were great for family fun. We enjoyed the organized kids' activities and took advantage of the golf options available. The staff were friendly, and the property is really well kept, making it a fun getaway.

We did experience some slow service at the pool, which made it hard to get a menu and order food. It was a bit frustrating waiting so long for someone to help us.

We had such a blast here! The staff were super friendly, especially our waiter at breakfast who surprised my daughter with a cake for her birthday. The pools were awesome, and the kids loved it. Just wish there were more stuff to do nearby since we had to drive a bit to find dining options.

Breakfast at Trevi’s was delicious, and our server was wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable, fitting our family perfectly. However, I did notice some issues that need attention. Check-in took a bit longer than expected. Also, I had to deal with slow service at the pool. It took a while to get menus and place our orders, which was frustrating when everyone was hungry. Despite these bumps, I loved the overall vibe. We absolutely plan to come back for another visit.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfy and perfect for our family. Lots of space and it felt clean. The beds were fluffy and made for great sleep. I loved the little touches in the decor. However, the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking if you planned to cook anything. Overall, it had what we needed for our stay!

When I mentioned my son's birthday, staff went above and beyond with balloons, treats, and a cake, making him feel incredibly special. The pools, especially the wave pool, were a huge hit with the kids. On the downside, while the food options were adequate, they lacked standout selections and could use improvement. Additionally, the cleanliness was decent but could be better in certain areas.
